| Alexander’s passion for racing began in go-karts at 10 where he competed on both a regional & national level in America. By 2005 Alexander had made debut appearances in Formula Renault and Skip Barber Regional races. Alexander became the youngest formula car champion in U.S. history when he became 2006 Skip Barber Western Regional Champion. Adding to his experience in 2006 he competed in the Formula Renault TR series. By 2007, Alexander had moved to the BMW Americas Series and by 2008, had dominated the series bringing EuroInternational their 3rd FBMW series championship in a row. Last year, Alexander became the first American to be crowned World Champion by winning the Formula BMW World Finals in Mexico City. This year Alexander will be testing for the BMW / Sauber F1 Team at the 2009 Formula BMW World Finals. |
