| Antti secured his maiden European Challenge Tour title after a final round 71 helped him to a three-shot win at the 103° Abierto VISA de la Republica presentado por Peugeot at Hurlingham Golf Club, in Buenos Aires, in April 2008. In doing so, he also became the first left hander to triumph at the event, which is co-sanctioned by the Challenge Tour and the Tour de las Americas. He added his second title of the season with victory at the ECCO Tour Championship in Denmark, which effectively set up his promotion to The European Tour. Antti eventually finished 19th in the end of season Rankings.
